BIO-MAT is a geotextile product composed solely of biodegradable materials designed to respond effectively to the problems associated with the phenomenon of erosion, with mulching function for the planted areas and with possibility to contain elements for vegetative restoration.
Anti-erosion
Protects the soil from the moment of installation, thanks to the resistance to the impact of rain drops and the considerable capacity of water accumulation inside. Moreover, in the case of prolonged and abundant rainfall, it becomes waterproof, thus avoiding the phenomenon of suberosion that, forming erosion channels under it, would prejudge the functions of protection and inerbation.
Mulching
Has function of mulching in replacement to the common synthetic cloths, with the advantage of better environmental impact and with the advantage of offering a better condition to the plants, thanks to the ability to retain moisture.
